Job summary

Ollie’s Bargain Outlet in Athens, GA is seeking a Receiving Specialist to assist with receiving, processing, and moving merchandise from delivery to the sales floor. The role supports freight handling, merchandising, and a tidy receiving area to ensure smooth store operations for customers and teammates alike.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, be able to work mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays, and demonstrate a positive attitude with strong teamwork.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to work morning, evenings, weekends, and holidays on a regular basis.
• Positive attitude and team player who interacts well with customers and associates.

Responsibilities

• Assist with receiving the truck and moving freight from the truck to the sales floor.
• Support pricing items, merchandising product, and recovering the store, and training new Associates.
• Communicate receiving needs and issues to Team Leaders when necessary.
• Maintain a neat and organized receiving area and complete additional responsibilities as assigned.
