Ollie’s in Tuscaloosa, AL is seeking a Receiving Specialist to move freight from trucks to the sales floor and support merchandise presentation. You will maintain an organized receiving area and assist in store operations, contributing to a smooth workflow and timely restocking.

The role requires a high school diploma (or equivalent) and a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays, with a team-focused, positive attitude toward customers and coworkers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Able to work morning, evenings, weekends, and holidays on a regular basis.
• Positive attitude and team player who interacts well with customers and associates.

Responsibilities

• Assist with receiving the truck and moving freight from the truck to the sales floor.
• Support pricing items, merchandising product, and recovering the store, and training new Associates.
• Communicate receiving needs and issues to Team Leaders when necessary.
