Job summary

Ollie’s Bargain Outlet in Abilene, TX is hiring a Receiving Specialist to help bring freight from truck to the sales floor. You’ll assist with processing deliveries, pricing items, merchandising, and maintaining an organized receiving area.

We value teamwork, reliability, and a can-do attitude. The role requires availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays, with physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays on a regular basis.
• Positive attitude and team player who interacts well with customers and associates.

Responsibilities

• Assist with receiving the truck and moving freight from the truck to the sales floor.
• Support pricing items, merchandising product, and recovering the store.
• Communicate receiving needs and issues to Team Leaders when necessary.
• Maintain a neat and organized receiving area and complete additional responsibilities as assigned.
