Job summary

Ollie’s Bargain Outlet, Inc. is seeking a Receiving Specialist to help transition merchandise from delivery to the sales floor. You will handle freight, assist with pricing and merchandising, and support store recovery initiatives to keep the floor ready for customers.

The role emphasizes teamwork and efficiency, requiring a positive attitude and the ability to train new Associates. This on-site position supports store operations and customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to work morning, evenings, weekends, and holidays on a regular basis.
• Positive attitude and team player who interacts well with customers and associates.

Responsibilities

• Assist with receiving the truck and moving freight from the truck to the sales floor.
• Support pricing items, merchandising product, and recovering the store, and training new Associates.
• Communicate receiving needs and issues to Team Leaders when necessary.
• Maintain a neat and organized receiving area and complete additional responsibilities as assigned.
