Job summary

Profab Electronics, Inc is seeking an experienced Receiving Manager to lead warehouse operations, verify incoming shipments, and maintain inventory accuracy in a manufacturing environment. You will ensure proper labeling, storage, and documentation while coordinating with Purchasing and Quality to resolve discrepancies.

The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and continuous improvement in a busy EMS setting. The ideal candidate has prior supervisory experience in receiving or manufacturing,

Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. Person (U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident).
• Experience in warehouse, receiving, inventory control, or manufacturing operations.
• Previous supervisory or management experience preferred.
• Experience receiving materials and verifying shipments against purchase orders and packing documentation.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel and Outlook.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with Production, Purchasing, Quality, and other departments.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee daily receiving and warehouse operations.
• Verify shipments against purchase orders, packing slips, and other receiving documentation.
• Inspect incoming materials for quantity, identification, condition, and discrepancies.
• Ensure all received materials are properly labeled, documented, and entered into inventory system.
• Coordinate with Purchasing and Quality regarding shortages, damages, incorrect shipments, and discrepancies.
• Ensure materials are properly stored, organized, and identified to prevent loss or errors.
• Monitor material flow from receiving to storage and production areas.
• Establish and maintain efficient warehouse processes and procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse and receiving area.
• Follow ES D, safety, quality, and manufacturing procedures.
• Perform other warehouse and operational duties as assigned.

Position Summary

Profab Electronics, Inc is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Receiving Manager to support our quality electronics manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have experience managing warehouse operations, receiving materials, maintaining inventory accuracy, ensuring compliance with ISO standards, and leading warehouse personnel in a manufacturing environment.

This position is responsible for coordinating incoming shipments, verifying materials and quantities, maintaining accurate inventory records, ensuring proper storage and identification of materials, and supporting production requirements. The position requires strong attention to detail to maintain a safe, organized, and efficient warehouse environment while ensuring company procedures, quality standards, inventory controls, and ISO requirements are consistently followed.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee daily receiving and warehouse operations.

• Follow ESD, safety, quality, and manufacturing procedures where applicable.
• Perform other warehouse and operational duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications
