Hard Rock Biloxi is hiring for an Operations - Warehouse and Receiving role. The position requires overseeing receiving, stock rotation, and inventory control, while supervising warehouse staff. Must have basic math, computer skills, and a proactive, team-oriented attitude.

Responsibilities include safety participation, order processing, and maintaining accurate records. The incumbent will interact with Security and other departments to ensure smooth operations and service quality.

Description

Responsibilities:

• Directs proper receiving practices.
• Assures proper stock rotation with inventory items.
• Supervise warehouse employees.
• Assists in monthly physical count of all inventory items.
• Operates company forklift and vehicles as needed.
• Attends safety meetings as requested.
• Ensures a maximum level of departmental service and satisfaction is achieved and maintained for all departments, i.e.; processing and delivery of all departmental inventory requisitioning, as well as deliveries of all non-inventory items.
• Interacts with Security Department to ensure protection of all inventories.
• Receives orders utilizing using applicable software.
• Upholds the Mission Statement.
• Represents Hard Rock Biloxi in the most positive manner with guests, co-workers, managers, and vendors.

• Must have basic mathematical skills. Must be able to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure.
• Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment; Promote and participate in a strong team effort.
