Qualifications

• Shows strong problem-solving and analytical thinking.
• Demonstrates basic math and record-keeping accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Delivers supplies, equipment, and packages to customers, obtaining location delivery information.
• Manages the supply replenishment process including picking and stocking.
• Inspects deliveries and verifies against packing slips and locations.
• Completes receiving in the computer and scans packing slips into the system.
• Maintains safe, clean, organized work area; handles refrigerated items with care.
• Ensures overnight packages are processed and delivered promptly.
• Attaches property tags to capital equipment and communicates with purchasing.
• Resolves invoice match exceptions related to receipts and POs.
• Prepares items for return and coordinates pick-ups with suppliers.
