Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in manufacturing or warehouse environments.
• 2+ years operating warehouse equipment including RF scanners, pallet jacks, and forklifts.
• Experience with warehouse management or ERP systems (SAP).
• Strong computer, data-entry, and organizational skills; able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• English language is required (reading, writing, speaking).
• Able to stand, walk, bend, reach, lift up to 50 lbs., and work in varying temperatures and noise levels.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, verify, and process incoming shipments; reconcile against PO, packing slips, and bills of lading.
• Inspect inbound materials for damage or discrepancies; coordinate with vendors and logistics to resolve issues.
• Record receiving transactions in SAP and other systems; support audits and cycle counts.
• Label, sort, stage, and move materials; operate warehouse equipment as certified.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and support receiving performance metrics.
• Follow 6S safety practices and maintain a clean, safe work environment.
