Job summary

Sam's Club in Maplewood, MO is hiring a logistics associate to maintain and process shipments, develop delivery schedules, and organize receiving reports. You will verify merchandise counts, route items to correct locations, and handle related expenses in a fast-paced distribution environment.

Responsibilities also include receiving merchandise, maintaining the receiving area, tracking damaged goods, and supporting claims and liquidation activities while following safety and company policies.

Qualifications

• Forklift Certification OR will obtain a Forklift Certification within 30 days of job entry date.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Maintains and processes shipments by developing and posting delivery schedules.
• Compiles and organizes receiving reports and verifies merchandise counts.
• Routes merchandise to proper locations and pays expenses.
• Receives merchandise for the Facility and maintains the Receiving area per procedures.
• Tracks and processes claims by returning damaged goods and handling liquidation merchandise.
