Job summary

Bass Pro Shops in Denham Springs, LA is seeking a Receiving Clerk to unload trucks, stock and ticket merchandise, and process returns. You will maintain the Receiving area layout and interact with associates in a friendly, professional manner. Safety and cleanliness of the work area are essential in this role.

The position contributes to a smooth shopping experience and requires a high school diploma plus basic math and communication skills to support store operations.

• Ability to perform simple math (arithmetic, subtraction, multiplication).
• Ability to communicate in a friendly and professional manner to our customers and other associates.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with Management, coworkers and customers.

Responsibilities

• Unloads trucks, stocks merchandise, tickets merchandise and processes returns.
• Maintains Receiving area layout as set by the Corporate Office.
• Interacts with other associates in a friendly, positive and professional manner.
