Job summary

Qualifications

• Forklift certification required or must obtain within 30 days of entry date.
• Applicant must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and post delivery schedules for shipments.
• Compile receiving reports, verify counts, route merchandise, and process expenses.
• Receive merchandise and organize the Receiving area following procedures.
• Merchandise appropriately and complete required documentation.
• Track and process damaged goods claims, manage liquidation merchandise, and maintain the clearance area.
• Follow safety standards, operate forklift safely, and handle hazardous materials per guidelines.
• Adhere to policies and Open Door Policy, ensuring integrity and ethics.
• Collaborate with managers and partners to meet priorities and deadlines.
• Promote teamwork, inclusion and a culture of belonging.
• Model integrity, accountability and customer-focused service.
• Drive continuous improvements and adaptability to change.
• Support live better learning and benefits programs for associates.
