Job summary

Valley Services Electronics (VSE) is seeking a Quality Inspector to inspect all incoming materials, ensure conformance to documentation, and record inspection outcomes. The role requires a high school diploma and at least two years in receiving inspection or quality control.

Experience with PCB fabrication and mechanical inspection is desirable. You will use standard inspection tools, interpret ASME Y14.5 drawings, and maintain accurate records. Join a team focused on quality and reliability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma; good arithmetic.
• Minimum of two years experience in receiving inspection or quality control.
• PCB Fab and Mechanical inspection experience desirable.
• Ability to use all standard inspection tools for parts verification.
• Ability to interpret drawings per ASME Y14.5 dimensioning and tolerance standards.
• High energy level and self motivated.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

• Records non-conformities and notifies and coordinates with document control and/or purchasing the resolution of those non-conformities.
• Records the inspection completion status and moves the material to proper place within the receiving area.
• Files documentation.
• Other activities as conditions require.

• Records non-conformities and notifies and coordinates with document control and/or purchasing the resolution of those non-conformities.
• Records the inspection completion status and moves the material to proper place within the receiving area.
• Files documentation.
• Other activities as conditions require.
