Job summary

Bomgaars is seeking a Receiver in Sioux City, IA. This full-time, onsite, hourly role involves forklift operation, freight handling, and assisting customers with product selection in a fast-paced retail environment.

Starting wage is $15.00 per hour. Benefits include a comprehensive package, employee discount, and flexible schedules. Must be 18+, capable of lifting 50 lbs, and able to work Mon-Fri with potential weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Clear and concise communication skills.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs on a regular basis.
• Must be available Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, weekends as needed.
• Forklift and receiving experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Freight handling and distribution to the sales floor.
• Forklift operation, unload trucks, outside lot (varying weather conditions—all seasons).
• Receive packages/Online orders/Rainchecks (to include customer notifications).
• Keep Receiving bay organized.
• Assembly of products as needed.
• Sales.
• Assisting customers with product selection and load outs.
• Other tasks as assigned.
