Job Description

We are seeking detail-oriented and dependable Receiving individual to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately managing inventory and receiving processes while ensuring the highest level of organization and efficiency. This role requires a diligent worker who is a fast learner, adaptable to changing environments, and capable of training in various inventory systems and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Inventory Management: Receiving, inspecting, and recording incoming inventory to ensure accuracy and quality.
• Organization: Maintain a clean and organized storage area, ensuring all items are correctly labeled and stored. ERP SAP Business One, and LISA WMS systems. Maintaining compliance procedures related to the firearms industry.
• Data Entry: Accurately input inventory data into the system and assist in maintaining exact inventory records.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members and other departments to coordinate inventory flow and resolve any issues.
• Adaptability: Respond to changing priorities and assist with additional tasks as needed.
• Training and Development: Be open to training on new processes and technologies related to inventory management.

Qualifications

• Previous receiving experience preferred. Proficiency in excel, and word suite.
• Must have strong organizational skills and attention to detail; ability to work efficiently under pressure.
• Adaptive learner with the ability to adapt to new systems and processes.
• Dependable, hard-working, and committed to delivering high-quality results.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and carry items up to 50 lbs. as needed.
• Comfortably stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks.

• Hourly compensation: $23 an hour
