Bass Pro Shops is seeking a Receiving Clerk to perform receiving area duties, including unloading trucks, stocking and pricing merchandise, and processing returns. The role supports a strong customer service focus and maintains a neat, safe Receiving area.
The candidate will interact with associates, follow company policies, and stay informed about current sales promotions while ensuring merchandise is properly ticketed and stocked.
POSITION SUMMARY: The Receiving Clerk performs work in the Receiving area of the store to include merchandise stocking, inventory control, pricing and, merchandise returns.
Supports a strong commitment to world class customer service and ensures a pleasant and productive shopping experience for all customers.
Unloads trucks, stocks merchandise, tickets merchandise and processes returns.
Maintains Receiving area layout as set by the Corporate Office.
Interacts with other associates in a friendly, positive and professional manner.
Keeps work area clean, neat and safe.
Follows all Company Policies and Procedures.
Remains knowledgeable of advertised sales.
Minimum Degree Required: High school diploma or equivalent experience.
