Job summary

Jungle Jim’s is seeking a dependable Receiving Clerk to join our Cincinnati location. You’ll be responsible for accepting deliveries, verifying order accuracy, and expediting goods to the correct departments to keep our shelves stocked.

The role requires stamina for long shifts, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, basic computer and data entry skills, and a proactive approach to communicating with vendors and teammates. Weekend and holiday work may be required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• Ability to stand, sit, walk, bend, squat and climb for up to 8–10 hours.
• Lifting, moving and carrying up to 50 lbs.
• Weekend and holiday schedule potential.
• Basic computer, math and data entry skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a professional and courteous attitude at all times.
• Use equipment safely and correctly.
• Check in deliveries and inspect for quality, completeness, and document accuracy.
• Notify appropriate departments of deliveries and ensure prompt collection.
• Ensure proper handling of perishable products during delivery.
• Additional tasks as needed.
