Iowa 80 is hiring for a full-time warehouse associate at our on-site distribution center in Walcott, IA. Starting pay is $15–$16 per hour, with excellent benefits. You will receive training for equipment and join a team focused on accuracy and efficiency.

Ideal candidates have at least 6 months in receiving, strong attention to detail, and a problem-solving mindset. No weekend shifts required; a background check is part of the process.

Qualifications

• 6+ months experience in receiving.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in accurate work.
• A problem solver who asks questions instead of making assumptions.
• Reliable, dependable, and eager to learn.
• Able to work in a fast-paced team environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Reliable transportation.
• Forklift or scanner experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receive, pick, and prepare orders for shipment.
• Load and unload trucks.
• Perform inventory counts and data entry.
• Operate warehouse equipment (training provided).
• Work safely while supporting your team.
• Identify issues, ask questions, and help improve processes.
