Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club is seeking a Receiving Associate to handle accurate product receipt, reporting, and maintaining dock standards in our Selma, NC location. You will support formal receiving processes, ensure safe forklift operation, and uphold club policies while contributing to a fast, accurate supply chain.

The role emphasizes teamwork, adherence to safety, and fast, reliable execution of daily receiving duties in a busy warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• Must complete required training and certification processes.
• Prior forklift experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Researches and annotates receiving reports including direct-to-club and negative-on-hand reports.
• Supports processing and organization of files, receipts and outbound shipment paperwork.
• Maintains dock security, monitors flow of team members and visitors in and out of receiving areas.
• Safely operates a forklift and receives merchandise accurately and per policy.
• Receives Direct Store Delivery (DSD) loads and processes DSD credits as needed.
• Keeps dock organized and clean.
