Job summary

Vista Packaging and Logistics is seeking a Receiving Clerk to handle incoming goods, verify counts, and support shipping/receiving operations at our Columbus facility.

The role requires a high school diploma, 1 year forklift experience preferred, and 1-3 years in inventory control, with strong communication skills and experience with WMS systems like 3PL and PowerHouse. Proficiency in MS Office is expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• 1 year forklift operation experience preferred.
• 1-3 years experience with Inventory Control activities preferred.
• Excellent communication via phone, email, and in person; ability to communicate with subordinates, peers, superiors, and customers.
• Experience with 3PL WMS system; PowerHouse WMS a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.

Responsibilities

• Receive goods from multiple customers and perform accurate receiving counts.
• Use handheld RF scanning to create goods and generate LPNs.
• Verify pallets, unit counts and inner carton quantities before creating LPNs.
• Maintain attention to detail and work at a steady pace while communicating effectively with dock leads and office staff.
• Collaborate with team to support shipping and receiving processes.
