Delaware North at Grand Canyon National Park is hiring a seasonal Receiving Clerk at Grand Canyon, Arizona. You will handle shipping, receiving, and inventory tasks in a fast-paced environment serving guests from around the world.

This role offers weekly pay and benefits for full-time, year-round teammates; includes health and other insurance, 401(k) with company match, paid vacation, and discounts. You will unload, inspect shipments, price items, and support counts in the inventory system.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of warehouse experience.
• Experience receiving using a data entry system, inventorying, and shipping.
• Computer knowledge and good communication skills.
• Basic math skills and the ability to handle counts accurately.
• Valid driver's license and ability to operate a company vehicle in inclement weather.
• No high school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Unload, unpack, and inspect shipments of products; report damage or shortages.
• Price items with mark-ups and labeling for inventory control.
• Maintain the recycling program including collection and organization of cardboard.
• Assist in merchandise counts, daily records, and transfers within the inventory system.
• Assist in physical inventories and inform supervisor of stock levels.
• Must have valid driver’s license.

What will you do?

• Price items with appropriate mark-ups and labeling for inventory control
• Maintain the recycling program including collection and organization of cardboard
• Aid in the maintenance of merchandise counts, daily records, and transfers within the inventory system
• Assist in physical inventories and inform supervisor of any low or over abundance in stock
• Must have valid driver’s license.

More about you

• No high school diploma or GED required
• Minimum of 1 year of experience working in a warehouse
• Experience receiving using a data entry system, inventorying, and shipping
• Computer knowledge and good communication skills
• Basic math skills and the ability to handle counts accurately
• Valid drivers license and the ability to safely operate a company vehicle in inclement weather is required.

Physical requirements

• Ability to lift up to 55 pounds and stand all day
• Frequent bending, stooping, carrying, walking, and reaching
