Job summary

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, inventory software).
• Ability to operate material handling equipment; forklift experience is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Shift-specific: 1st shift 7:00 am to 3:30 PM; may include Saturdays

Key Responsibilities

Inventory Quality Control

• Receive and unload incoming shipments, verifying accuracy against purchase orders and packing slips
• Inspect materials for damage, defects, or discrepancies and report issues as needed
• Accurately enter received goods into inventory systems
• Label, tag, and store materials in designated warehouse locations
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely material flow

Cycle Counting

• Perform scheduled cycle counts to maintain accurate inventory levels
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies
• Maintain accurate records of counts and adjustments
• Assist with physical inventory audits as required

Schedule

Full-time position: shift hours may vary based on business needs

1ST Shift 7:00 am to 3:30 Pm Please also add some Saturdays maybe needed.
