Job summary

Five Below is hiring for a Warehouse Associate in New Jersey. The role includes receiving POs via WMS, coordinating inbound shipments, and guiding put-away activities while maintaining accuracy. Expect lifting up to 70 pounds and standing for extended periods.

We expect attention to detail, ability to follow instructions, and readiness to work in varying temperatures. This hourly position emphasizes safety, teamwork, and excellent customer service across the warehouse team.

Qualifications

• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed written or oral instructions.
• Ability to input data, type and operate a computer keyboard; helpful.
• Ability to work with exposure to cold in winter and hot in summer.
• Knowledge of physical inventory processes helpful.
• Ability to lift up to 70 pounds and stand for entire shift.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed receipt of purchase orders via WMS.
• Confer with supervisor to rectify inbound problems (damages, shortages, nonconformance).
• Create door assignments for inbound loads and monitor put-away activity.
• Utilize resources in Put-away and Receiving to maximize efficiency.
• Maintain master and inner pack accuracy in system entries.
• Provide direction to associates while focusing on productivity and safety.
• Promote customer service, safety, diversity and teamwork.
