Job summary

Cooper Electric Supply, LLC, part of the Sonepar group, is seeking a warehouse associate at our Cranbury, NJ distribution center. You will verify inbound shipments against purchase orders, restock inventory, perform cycle counts, and use RF guns to track inventory while maintaining a clean, organized workspace.

We offer full-time hours, a Monday–Friday schedule (5am–1:30pm) and competitive benefits including PTO, parental leave, 401(k) with company match, and disability and life insurance

Qualifications

• Knowledge of shipping and receiving processes.
• Attention to detail and good time management skills.
• Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to prioritize needs in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to exercise safety while carrying out all job responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Accurately check and receive inbound products and confirm the shipment is consistent with the purchase order.
• Check product packaging to ensure that it is neat and intact.
• Restock inventory neatly, efficiently, and accurately in assigned locations.
• Perform cycle counts as necessary to ensure inventory count is accurate.
• Utilize radio frequency (RF) guns to scan barcodes and labels allowing us to track appropriate inventory levels.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
