White Cap Management LLC is hiring an Receiving Associate to support receiving, stocking, and data entry for items delivered and stored across our facilities. You will count, store, and document items, and coordinate with vendors and purchasing to resolve shortages or delivery issues.

Ideal candidates have 0-2 years of receiving experience, forklift experience, and basic knowledge of construction/industrial products.

Qualifikationen

• 0-2 years of warehouse receiving experience.
• Forklift operation experience preferred.
• Spanish language proficiency preferred.
• Knowledge of construction and industrial products is helpful.

Aufgaben

• Receives, counts and stores items.
• Records receiving data using a computer and company software.
• Packs, unpacks, and marks stock items properly and accurately.
• Identifies incorrect or short shipped items and notifies supervisor.
• Communicates with shipping vendors to resolve delivery issues.
• Delivers products, supplies and equipment to the correct designated area.
• Works closely with purchasing to track shortages for late/slow delivery.
• Files purchase orders correctly based on company policy.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
