Job summary

Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. in Rochester is seeking a Receiving Associate to support warehouse operations within our store. You will unload, audit, and stage products to keep inventory accurate and ready for sale, while ensuring paperwork is correctly completed.

The role requires attention to detail and the ability to work in varying weather and a fast-paced environment, with extended hours during peak seasons. Forklift experience is preferred and certification may be required.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of warehouse experience preferred.
• Forklift experience preferred; forklift certification is a plus.
• Effective communication skills (oral and written) required.
• Attentive to detail and safety procedures.
• Able to work in different weather conditions and in a fast-paced environment.
• Available for extended hours during peak seasons; training may be provided.

Responsibilities

• Unload, audit, and stage product for inventory accuracy.
• Ensure receiving paperwork is completed properly.
• Store products to conserve space and comply with safety procedures.
• Oversee inventory rotation within the warehouse.
• Complete department and equipment training, including forklift certification.
• Support management with additional duties as needed.

Pay Range$17.10 - $21.80PurposeThe Receiving Associate is responsible for assisting in the warehouse operations of the retail store. In addition, the Receiving Associate is responsible for unloading, auditing, and staging product to recover store inventory.
