Job summary

Lowe’s is seeking a Receiver/Stocker to keep the store clean, safe, and ready for customers by accurately receiving freight, stocking shelves, and organizing merchandise and top stock. You’ll unload deliveries, handle equipment and hazardous materials safely, and ensure your area is prepped for daily success.

This role is physical and fast-paced, requiring safe lifting practices and attention to detail. You’ll spend most of your shift on your feet, with morning, afternoon, or overnight shifts

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• Ability to operate forklift/power equipment (3 months preferred).
• Warehouse experience in inventory handling and stocking (6 months preferred).

Responsibilities

• Deliver SMART customer service by assisting customers, answering questions, and offering support during projects.
• Stock merchandise by unloading freight, down-stocking, organizing shelves, and setting up pallets.
• Verify deliveries, complete dock prep, and use equipment like pallet jacks and forklifts.
• Maintain a safe, clean environment by following proper procedures for hazardous materials, equipment use, and housekeeping.
• Operate store equipment including scanners and Zebra devices.
• Pitch in as a team player to complete other assigned tasks.
• Use the Orders App to pick and stage Flatbed Delivery orders; load delivery orders and ensure quality and safety.
