Job summary

Lowe's Receiver/Stocker helps keep the store clean, safe, and ready for customers by accurately receiving freight, stocking shelves, and organizing merchandise and top stock. You’ll unload deliveries, handle equipment safely, and ensure your area is prepped for daily success.

The role is physical and fast-paced, with shifts including mornings, afternoons, evenings, or overnight to meet store needs. A friendly, professional attitude and teamwork are essential as you support store operations and

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required or equivalent work experience.
3 months experience operating forklift/power equipment.
6 months experience in a warehouse performing inventory handling and stocking.

Responsibilities

Deliver SMART customer service by assisting customers, answering questions, and supporting projects.
Stock merchandise by unloading freight, down-stocking, organizing shelves, and setting up pallets.
Verify deliveries and complete dock prep; operate pallet jacks and forklifts.
Maintain a safe, clean work environment by following hazardous materials procedures, equipment use, and housekeeping.
Operate store equipment including scanners and Zebra phones; contribute as a team player to other tasks.
Additional duties for Pro Fulfillment Stores: use Orders App to pick and stage Flatbed Delivery orders; load orders with care; communicate to ensure delivery satisfaction.
