This role is physical and fast-paced, requiring safe lifting practices and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Experience operating forklift or similar equipment preferred.
• Experience in a warehouse stocking and inventory handling is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver SMART customer service by assisting customers and supporting projects.
• Stock merchandise by unloading freight, down-stocking, organizing shelves, and setting up pallets.
• Verify deliveries, prepare docks, and operate equipment like pallet jacks and forklifts.
• Maintain a safe, clean environment following hazardous materials and housekeeping procedures.
• Operate store equipment such as scanners and Zebra phones; support team with tasks.
