You will unload deliveries, handle equipment safely, and keep your area prepared for daily operations. The position is physical and fast-paced, requiring attention to safety, with shifts that may include mornings, afternoons, evenings, or overnight depending on store needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent years of experience in lieu of education required.
• 3 months experience operating forklift/power equipment such as lifts/order pickers.
• 6 months experience in warehouse stocking/inventory handling.

Responsibilities

• Deliver SMART customer service by assisting customers and supporting projects.
• Stock merchandise by unloading freight, down-stocking, organizing shelves, and setting up pallets.
• Verify deliveries, complete dock prep, and operate equipment like pallet jacks and forklifts.
• Maintain a safe, clean environment following hazardous materials and housekeeping procedures.
• Operate store equipment (scanners, Zebra devices, balers) as needed.
• Assist team with other tasks as assigned.
