Job summary

Lowe’s Stores are seeking a Receiver/Stocker to unload deliveries, stock shelves, and maintain a clean, safe workspace. The role supports store operations and assists customers with locating and loading products. Shifts may vary between mornings, afternoons, evenings, or overnight based on store needs.

Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, with preferred experience operating forklift/power equipment and warehouse stocking. Benefits are provided for eligible associates.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required where applicable.
• Ability to operate forklifts or power equipment safely is preferred.
• Experience in a warehouse or retail environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver SMART customer service by assisting customers, answering questions, and offering support during projects
• Stock merchandise by unloading freight, down-stocking, organizing shelves, and setting up pallets
• Support store operations by verifying deliveries, completing dock prep, and using equipment like pallet jacks and forklifts
• Maintain a safe, clean environment by following proper procedures for hazardous materials, equipment use, and housekeeping
• Operate store equipment including scanners, Zebra phones, balers, and other tools as needed
• Pitch in as a team player to complete other assigned tasks
• Use the Orders App to pick and stage delivery orders in Pro Fulfillment Stores
• Load delivery orders with quality, accuracy, and safe loading practices
• Rotate orders by delivery date and resolve customer order issues
• Proactively communicate with customers to ensure delivery satisfaction
• Execute Delivery Readiness best practices
