Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• Forklift/power equipment experience preferred.
• Warehouse stocking and inventory handling experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver SMART customer service by assisting customers and supporting projects.
• Stock merchandise by unloading freight and organizing shelves.
• Verify deliveries, dock prep, and operate pallet jacks and forklifts.
• Maintain a safe, clean environment following hazardous materials procedures.
• Operate store equipment such as scanners and Zebra phones.
• Help out as a team player with other tasks.
• For Pro Fulfillment stores: pick and stage flatbed delivery orders; load orders safely.
• Communicate with customers to ensure delivery satisfaction.
