Job summary

Lowe’s is seeking a Receiver/Stocker to help keep the store clean, safe, and ready for customers by accurately receiving freight, stocking shelves, and organizing merchandise. You’ll unload deliveries, handle equipment and hazardous materials safely, and ensure your area is prepped for daily success.

This role is physically demanding and fast-paced, with shifts that may include mornings, afternoons, evenings, or overnights depending on store needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3 months experience operating forklift/power equipment preferred.
• 6 months experience in warehouse inventory handling and stocking preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver SMART customer service by assisting customers and supporting projects.
• Stock merchandise by unloading freight, down-stocking shelves, and setting up pallets.
• Verify deliveries and prepare docks using equipment like pallet jacks and forklifts.
• Maintain a safe, clean environment by following hazardous materials handling procedures and general housekeeping.
• Operate store equipment such as scanners and balers as needed.
• Collaborate with team to complete other assigned tasks.
• Pro fulfillment stores: use Orders App to pick and stage Flatbed Delivery orders and ensure safe loading.
