Job summary

Bolton Valley Resort in Vermont is seeking a Rec Center Attendant to assist guests and manage access to facilities such as the pool, hot tub, sauna, tennis/pickleball courts, and golf simulator. The role includes light food and beverage sales, payment processing, and daily records.

Responsibilities also include shoveling entryways after snowfall, assisting with birthday party and Family Fun Night setups, and maintaining cleanliness and supplies while delivering friendly, professional customer

Qualifications

Prior customer service or hospitality experience preferred.
Must be able to handle cash and process credit card transactions accurately.
Basic computer skills for data entry and ecommerce sales.
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and perform light cleaning/stocking duties.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

Sell day tickets, season passes, court rentals, and simulator rentals to guests.
Provide food and bartending services for guests and process the associated sales.
Process credit card payments; print tickets; complete related records; cash out daily.
Monitor pool chemical levels and add chemicals as needed.
Coordinate birthday parties and events; assist with Family Fun Nights setup.
Perform basic data entry and recordkeeping tasks.
Stock towels and supplies; maintain cleanliness of common areas.
Provide outstanding customer service and represent the resort professionally.
Assist with general facility operations including shoveling.
