• Requires high school diploma or GED and strong mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
• Basic welding skills (MIG/TIG/Stick) and good measuring skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Disassemble, clean, inspect and reassemble various equipment.
• Use hand tools, pneumatic/electric tools, cranes or hoists as needed.
• Prepare equipment and apply primer/paint with protective coverings.
• Use measuring tools to inspect components and ensure adherence to specs.
• Consult blueprints/schematics/exploded diagrams for assembly.
• Travel to customer sites to repair and inspect equipment at facilities.
• Weld components for rotary tablet presses and other equipment.
• Support ISO 9001:2008 quality standards and safety policies.
• Assist maintenance leader in equipment repair and maintenance tasks.
