Qualifications

• 0–2 years in contract administration, rebate processing or business/financial analysis.
• Experience with data analysis techniques to determine data reasonableness and trends.
• Strong organizational and communication skills for internal/external customers.
• Proficiency in MS Office; Managed Care experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review executed contracts, summarize terms, and reflect intent in contract setup.
• Maintain Managed Care rebate contracts, including terms, membership and formulary status.
• Review and validate submitted rebate claims data; determine eligibility against formulary status.
• Collaborate with Contract Operations to ensure rebates are calculated and paid per contract terms.
• Analyze rebate data trends, explain variances, and escalate unexplained variances to leadership.
• Prepare payment packages and process payments within contractual timelines.
• Monitor drug formulary compliance and serve as primary contact with payers.
• Provide process improvements; revise SOPs and support audits/audits requests.
