Job summary

Pillar To Post is seeking a Sales and Marketing Representative to Realtors in Colorado. This role focuses on promoting our home inspection services to real estate professionals through strategic outreach, presentations, and customized proposals.

You will build relationships with realtors, negotiate contracts, and collaborate with marketing to create realtor-focused materials. The position offers part-time or full-time hours and requires travel within the territory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
• Proven track record of success in sales, preferably within real estate or home services.
• Strong understanding of the real estate market, including roles of realtors in home buying/selling.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with ability to simplify complex concepts.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships, negotiate, and close deals.
• Results-driven mindset with proactive approach to sales opportunities.
• Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to target realtor clients and nurture existing relationships.
• Identify key decision-makers within real estate agencies and establish rapport as preferred home inspection provider.
• Conduct in-person meetings, presentations, and demonstrations with realtors.
• Customize pitches and proposals to address client needs and highlight value of partnering with our company.
• Collaborate with marketing to develop promotional materials and digital assets for realtor audiences.
• Attend real estate networking events to prospect for new business opportunities.
• Stay informed about industry trends and regulatory changes affecting real estate and home inspection sectors.
• Provide timely customer service to realtors and address inquiries promptly.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and service agreements in line with company policies.
• Track sales activities and report pipeline progress using CRM.
