Job summary

Flintco is seeking a Construction Field Technology Engineer to join our field teams across multiple locations. The role focuses on LiDAR-based data collection, UAV reality capture, and precise field layout to support project execution.

Candidate should have 3+ years in construction layout or related roles, familiarity with Bluebeam/Procore, and experience with Revit/AutoCAD as part of VDC workflows. OSHA 10/30 preferred; travel up to 50% and relocation flexibility may be required.

Qualifications

• Read and interpret construction documents, shop drawings and plans.
• Ability to learn new hardware and software quickly and teach others.
• Knowledge of LiDAR hardware/software, robotic total stations and surveying.

Responsibilities

• Perform data collection using LiDAR scanners, UAV, and 360 cameras.
• Perform field layout and verification using innovative technologies.
• Verify subcontractor and self-perform layout using innovative technologies.
• Follow safety procedures and SOPs while performing reality capture services.
• Communicate challenges, use-cases and success stories to clients and teams.
• Collaborate with project teams and serve as an ambassador for CFT efforts.
