Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in site reliability, systems engineering, or technical operations.

Responsibilities

• Monitor live trading systems during market hours and respond to issues.
• Investigate incidents, identify root causes, and implement fixes.
• Build tools to eliminate manual processes and improve resilience.
• Collaborate with traders and engineers for high-impact improvements.
• Continuously evaluate system performance and operational workflows.

Skills

Scripting skills (Python and/or Bash)

Linux experience in production environments

Kubernetes experience

Familiarity with Prometheus, SQL/NoSQL databases, Kafka

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
