Job summary

Accenture is seeking a utility industry professional with experience supporting Transmission & Distribution operations and real-time OT. You understand grid modernization challenges and have hands-on experience with SCADA, EMS, ADMS, DERMS, and OMS to help utilities improve reliability, resilience, safety, and efficiency.

You will lead workstreams, perform current-state assessments, gather requirements, design solutions, test, deploy, and assist in change management.

Qualifications

Experience with SCADA/EMS/ADMS/DERMS/OMS and related OT.
4+ years in utility operations and real-time systems.
Ability to translate requirements into functional/technical solutions.
Experience collaborating with business, operations, and technology stakeholders.
Willingness to travel to support client engagements.

Responsibilities

Design, implement, and optimize real-time operational systems (SCADA, EMS, ADMS, DERMS).
Deliver real-time systems projects for electric, gas, and water utilities.
Lead workstreams or project activities.
Conduct current-state assessments and process improvements.
Gather requirements, design solutions, test, deploy, and manage change.
Develop client deliverables and executive presentations.
Identify risks and support mitigation.
