Job summary

Innovative Signal Analysis (ISA) in Richardson, TX seeks an Intermediate Software Engineer to contribute to real-time signal and image processing systems. You will help design, develop, and integrate software across distributed computing environments, working with software, systems, and signal processing engineers.

The role requires 7–10 years of related experience, TS clearance eligibility, and a strong foundation in C/C++, Python, Linux, and modern DevOps practices.

Qualifications

• BS/BA required; MS preferred.
• Majors: CS, CE, EE, Physics, Math.
• 7–10 years of software/signal processing experience.
• US citizenship and ability to obtain TS clearance (SSBI in some cases).

Responsibilities

• Support the full lifecycle of software-intensive distributed computing signal processing systems: design, develop, integrate, validate, verify, install and maintain.
• Collaborate with software, systems and signal processing engineers; produce design, implementation and test artifacts.
• Participate in peer reviews and support integration of artifacts into systems under construction.
• Assist installation at ISA factories and customer facilities; respond to change requests and defect reports.
• Contribute to architecture and design; interact with external stakeholders as needed.
