Job summary

Anduril Industries seeks software engineers to design and implement advanced tracking algorithms for air and missile threats. You will develop real-time radar processing software and support end‑to‑end defense system integration.

You will collaborate with radar engineers, optimize latency, and participate in field tests, training, and customer demos. A Top Secret SCI clearance is required for this role.

Qualifications

• 2 years of relevant experience & Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or related technical field (or equivalent experience)
• Strong programming skills in C++ and Python
• Solid foundation in linear algebra, probability, statistics, and/or differential equations
• Understanding of software engineering fundamentals: design patterns, testing, version control, and debugging
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Top Secret SCI security clearance

Responsibilities

• Design and implement tracking algorithms for novel air and missile threats.
• Develop high‑performance, real‑time software that processes radar data and maintains many tracks.
• Build and leverage modeling & simulation environments to validate tracking performance.
• Collaborate with radar engineers and system architects to integrate tracking solutions.
• Optimize tracking software for latency‑sensitive environments where milliseconds matter.
• Communicate technical concepts and trade‑offs to cross‑functional teams, program leadership, and customers.
• Participate in customer demonstrations and field tests to ensure deployment success.
