Job summary

Referment is partnering with a global investment and technology firm to design software for quantitative research and systematic trading. You will develop distributed systems that analyse real-time data and support mathematical modelling.

You will collaborate with researchers and engineers to translate complex requirements into reliable, scalable software while tackling performance and scale challenges that impact analytical capability.

Qualifications

Substantial hands-on software development experience with strong foundations in algorithms, data structures and software design.
Excellent analytical and quantitative problem-solving ability.
A record of high achievement in computer science, mathematics, engineering or a related technical field.
The ability to collaborate clearly on complex technical problems and contribute to rigorous design decisions.

Responsibilities

Design and build software for quantitative research and systematic trading.
Develop distributed systems that analyse and respond to incoming data in real time.
Create tools for advanced mathematical modelling and statistical analysis.
Work with researchers and other developers to translate complex requirements into reliable, maintainable systems.
