Job summary

Proximie, a healthcare technology company, seeks Clinical Monitoring Specialists to validate model accuracy by monitoring live surgical events and performing retrospective annotation across sites in the United States.

You will work remotely from a secure, private workspace, with hours aligned to OR scheduling, and collaborate with an international team to improve the Intelligence Suite’s performance and reliability at scale.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on experience with surgical workflows and OR procedures.
• Proficient with multiple software applications and data annotation tools.
• Ability to work in a private remote workspace with confidentiality.
• Willingness to work extended hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Monitor live operating room events in real time to validate model accuracy and event recognition.
• Respond during live sessions according to company protocols based on observed events.
• Accurately timestamp, identify, and label clinically relevant events.
• Meet daily annotation targets while maintaining quality thresholds.
• Flag anomalies or model issues through established channels to improve data quality.
• Adapt to updated guidelines and incorporate changes into daily workflow.
• Document escalations with case ID, timestamp and description.
