Qualifications

• 1 year of specialized experience equivalent to GS-4. Experience can be in federal, private sector, or military.
• Experience examples: use handheld terminals to gather data, ensure optimal shelf space allocation, order product or maintain a perpetual inventory.
• Educational requirement: four full years of education above high school at an accredited institution; transcripts may be required.
• Combination of experience and education: compute months of experience and semester hours to determine eligibility.
• Physical requirements: stand, lift up to 40 pounds, work around material handling equipment.
• Overtime: Occasional.
• Fair Labor Standards Act: Nonexempt.
• Bargaining Unit Status: Not Covered.
• Those retired under CSRS or FERS considered: No.
• Work environment: cold/ freezer conditions and noisy warehouse.
