Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in GIS, MIS, Systems Engineering or related discipline.
• Level II requires 3-5 years of project management and requirements definition.
• Level III requires 7+ years in application development, requirements and design.

Responsibilities

• Perform hardware, software and system installation, integration and testing for power systems applications.
• Support SCADA-based remote control, historian archives and modeling applications.
• Demonstrate strong IT system administration and cyber security practices.
• Coordinate between users, redundant systems, sites and processes to meet uptime goals.
• Plan, test and commission databases, UI displays and interface components for grid operations.
• Develop and maintain power system models, interfaces, processes and reports.
• Provide client support and assist during on-call rotations.
• Create training materials and project documentation as needed.
