Job summary

Stripe is seeking a Senior Machine Learning Engineer for its Link Fraud and Auth team in New York. You will build and operate models and risk decisioning systems to protect payments while enabling legitimate transactions.

Collaborate with Engineering, Product, Data Science, and Risk to deploy high-impact ML solutions. You will work across the full ML lifecycle, from pattern analysis to deployment, monitoring, and iteration, shaping Stripe's fraud performance and expansion into new payment

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience building and shipping machine learning models in production.
• Experience with Python, SQL, Spark, XGBoost and related data/ML tools.
• Strong knowledge of production ML systems including data pipelines, feature development, model evaluation, deployment, monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Build, train, evaluate, deploy, and own fraud/risk ML models across Link.
• Use large-scale data to identify threats, improve payment performance, and reduce fraud.
• Develop real-time risk decisioning systems and monitoring for production use.
