Job summary

Acosta, Inc. is seeking an ETL Platform Support Engineer to deliver efficient support for critical data loads and platforms. You will troubleshoot applications, manage incidents, and provide clear updates to internal customers across operations, development, and business units.

The role requires hands-on experience with ETL, SSIS, SQL Server, and BI tools, plus strong communication and collaboration across teams. This position is on-site at our Kentucky location.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/Engineering or equivalent practical work experience.
• Experience in production support or technical customer service (3+ years).
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills with external partners.

Responsibilities

• Serve as frontline responder for production incidents and service requests.
• Gather diagnostics, provide status updates, resolve operational issues.
• Collect diagnostics, logs, metrics to troubleshoot enterprise systems.
• Prioritize, document incidents and communicate resolutions to stakeholders.
• Monitor dashboards, alerts, data loads, and job schedules to prevent outages.
• Support testing, deployments, and code changes as needed.
• Create knowledge articles and enable end users.
