Job summary

Saalex is seeking a Computer Operator I/CDS Operator to support range display systems in Camarillo, CA. The role focuses on real-time data handling, tracking, and instrument coordination in an operation-heavy environment.

On-site, Full-Time position requiring attention to detail, Windows proficiency, and the ability to work with Test Conductors, Range Safety, and engineers to ensure accurate data and system readiness for live-fire and simulation events.

Qualifications

• Proficient in computer systems and Windows.
• Ability to operate and support computer-based systems in an operational environment.
• Experience with Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain logs.
• Good communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Configure and operate range display systems in control room environments.
• Acquire, monitor, and adjust tracking data during test events.
• Maintain operational logs and organize data inputs/outputs.
• Coordinate real-time tracking system support across teams.
• Support pre- and post-operation briefings and instrumentation needs.
