Job summary

Hightouch is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own our Real-Time suite within the Customer Data Infrastructure. You will drive roadmaps, ship features, and partner with engineering to scale systems with sub-second responsiveness for large enterprise customers.

You will define strategy for Real-Time evaluation of user traits, personalization APIs, and data flows, working with a fast-growing, impact-driven team in a remote-first environment.

Qualifications

• Shipped real product in a technical domain (data platforms, events, distributed systems, identity).
• Experience working with enterprise customers and live deals.
• Ability to translate complex problems into clear product decisions.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Define roadmap and ship real-time suite features, partnering with engineering on architecture and scaling.
• Lead architecture and scaling decisions for the Real-Time CDP.
• Represent the suite to major brands and guide strategy and positioning.
