Job summary

Best Choice Roofing in Hamilton, OH is seeking motivated sales-minded individuals to join our growing team. No roofing experience required—we train you and you can earn uncapped commissions with performance-based pay in a fast-paced outdoors role.

You’ll have the freedom to choose your own hours, with a Monday–Friday schedule and weekend availability. We offer a strong benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance, plus a 401(k).

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Comfortable working outdoors and climbing ladders.
• Coachable and motivated to learn.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• This is not a roofing installation position; production handles installations.
• Drive growth through sales and uncapped commission opportunities.
• Communicate effectively with customers and coordinate with the production team.
